To continue the development of n-gen.net CMS we need your feedback!
...but we also realise that providing feedback might be a trivial task...

Standard scenario:
You write an email where you have to explain your problems in details and that description takes your time. But you also realise that if you don't provide the details we might not be able to reproduce your problem and hence cannot help you. Eventually you will spend more time providing more details and maybe - just maybe - your problem will be resolved. In worst case you have spent a significant amount of time in vain.

Best case scenario:
You click the link below to make a screen recording of the actions in your browser and provide your email so that we can contact you when we have a solution to your problem - or have a bug fix that corrects the error in our code.



If you are running n-gen.net CMS on a PC and have Googles Chrome, Mozillas Firefox or Microsoft new Edge browser or a an Apple computer running Chrome or Fire fox you can simply click the above icon and record a video of your problem. The video will be uploaded to HubCap.com and the n-gen.net team will be able to see the actions causing your problems and hopefully help you faster and find a solution to your problems. 
When your problem is solved the video will be deleted.
