Symptom
The installer is not able to create the /bin and the /install folders:
- Resize the browser window to see the responsive effect (the columns will stack on top of each other instead of floating next to each other, when the browser window/screen is less than 640px wide).
- The design follow the setup you made using your Style Assistant (background, colors, fonts, etc).
- The template is included in the installtion since file version:
/install/sql/install[2022-10-07].sql
