To give more information about most errors you can alter the /Web.config file.
For security reasons the /Web.config file cannot be manipulated from within the n-gen.net CMS as it contains database connection information written in plain text (database host name, database instance name, database username and password)
You have to use an FTP client. We recommend FileZilla (an Open Source application available for MacOS, Windows and Linux, 32 bit and 64 bit versions are available).
- Download FileZilla client from https://FileZilla-project.org,
- Install the FileZilla client on your computer,
- Use the FileZilla client to see your files on the web server,
- Scroll down until you find the /Web.config file,
- Right click on it and select "View/Edit",
- The file will now download to your computer and open in your default text editor.
- Edit the /Web.config file:
